This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on our website.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Pickup)
- Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, only if the product has not yet been processed.
- Cancellation can be requested via:

- If the order is already processed or packed, cancellation may not be possible.
2. No Cancellation for Customized / Prescription Orders
Orders containing the following items cannot be cancelled once processing has started:
- Prescription lenses
- Customized power glasses
- Special-order frames or lenses
- Orders where lens fitting has already begun
These products are made specifically for you, hence non-cancellable & non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
3.1 Eligible Refund Cases
- Successful order cancellation within allowed time.
- Product not available or out of stock after order placement.
- Manufacturing defect verified by our team.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Prescription/power lenses
- Scratched, used, damaged products
- Frames or sunglasses altered after pickup
- Customized orders
4. Refund Method & Timeline
If your request is approved:
- Online payments will be refunded to the same payment method used during purchase (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Cash refunds are not provided; refunds are done digitally only.
5. Exchange Policy (In-store Only)
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request an exchange within 2 days of pickup, subject to:
- Product being unused
- Original box, case, tag, and bill available
- No scratches, bends, or damage
- Value difference (if any) must be paid by the customer
Note:
Prescription lenses and customized items cannot be exchanged.
6. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report it within 24 hours of pickup.
- Bring the product to the store for inspection.
- If defect is confirmed, we will provide:
- Replacement
- Or store credit
- Or refund (if applicable)
We do NOT accept returns for damage caused by mishandling or misuse by the customer.
7. No Home Pickup of Returns
As our services currently do not include delivery, all:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Defect inspections
Must be completed physically at Bliss Optical store.
