3. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • If a product goes out of stock after order placement, we will notify you and provide an alternative or full refund.
  • Bliss Optical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

4. Payment Policy

  • All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
  • We do not store your card/bank details.
  • Order confirmation will be sent after successful payment.
  • Cash/Card/UPI payment is also available at the store for additional purchases.

5. Pickup Policy (Important)

  • Home delivery is currently NOT available.
  • Customers must pick up their order directly from our store:

  • Pickup instructions and readiness time will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
  • Customers must show order confirmation or ID proof at the time of pickup.

6. Prescription Upload (If Applicable)

  • If you upload your prescription for powered lenses, you confirm that the information is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or expired prescriptions.
  • Some lens orders may take additional time for processing.

7. Return, Exchange & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed only as per our Return/Refund Policy.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for return/exchange.
  • Prescription lenses and customized products are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You will collect the order from the store within the mentioned time.
