- Prices displayed on the website are final and subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Availability
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- If a product goes out of stock after order placement, we will notify you and provide an alternative or full refund.
- Bliss Optical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
4. Payment Policy
- All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
- We do not store your card/bank details.
- Order confirmation will be sent after successful payment.
- Cash/Card/UPI payment is also available at the store for additional purchases.
5. Pickup Policy (Important)
- Home delivery is currently NOT available.
- Customers must pick up their order directly from our store:

- Pickup instructions and readiness time will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
- Customers must show order confirmation or ID proof at the time of pickup.
6. Prescription Upload (If Applicable)
- If you upload your prescription for powered lenses, you confirm that the information is accurate.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or expired prescriptions.
- Some lens orders may take additional time for processing.
7. Return, Exchange & Refunds
- Returns or exchanges are allowed only as per our Return/Refund Policy.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for return/exchange.
- Prescription lenses and customized products are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property
- All images, content, logo, graphics, and product information on this website are the property of Bliss Optical.
- Copying, downloading, or using our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Customer Responsibilities

- You will collect the order from the store within the mentioned time.
