This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when you can receive your order.

1. Home Delivery Available

Currently, Bliss Optical does NOT provide any home delivery or courier service.

All online orders must be collected directly from our store by the customer.

2. Store Pickup Only (In-Store Collection)

All customers must visit our store for pickup:

3. Order Processing Time

Once your online order is placed:

3.1 Sunglasses / Frames (Without Power Lenses)

Processing time: 1–3 hours
(If stock is available)

3.2 Prescription / Customised Lenses

Processing time: 1–2 working days
(depends on your lens type & prescription power)

You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/Email when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Pickup Instructions

When you come to collect your order, you must show:

  • Order confirmation message
  • Payment receipt
  • Valid ID proof (if required)

Only the customer or an authorized person can collect the order.

5. Pickup Time

Pickup can be done during working hours:

🕘 Store Timings:
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

⏸️ Break Time:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

(All days except festivals / holidays)

If you are unsure, contact us before coming.

6. Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
  • Unclaimed orders may be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will follow the standard Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product at Pickup

If you notice any issue at pickup time:

  • Inform our staff immediately
  • We will inspect and replace the product if applicable
  • No replacement request will be accepted later for products already used

8. Change of Pickup Person

If someone else is collecting your order:

You must inform us in advance with:

  • Their name
  • Mobile number
  • Order ID

Without confirmation, the order may not be handed over.
